| Diaphragm Type Dry Vacuum Pump is equipped with a rubber diaphragm which reciprocates to produce a vacuum. Structurally, this type doesn't vacuum as efficiently as oil sealed rotary vacuum pump. But it takes advantages of oil-free and easy maintenance with oil sealed pump. Above all, its exhaust is clean without causing contamination from oil vapor. |
