This is the SUCTION FILTER which special filter is built-in into the stainless body. There are 2 types; Prevent counter flow of oil diffusion into the vacuum pipe (OFI-050C, 200C) and prevent particles into the vacuum pump. (OFI-050V, 200V)
Since this is a closed type, the filter cannot be changed. |
